This policy applies to Pro licenses for PLUGMILL plugins purchased through Freemius.
14-day guarantee
If a plugin does not work as described, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Because a license is a digital good delivered instantly, we review requests individually and may ask what went wrong so we can also fix it.
How to request
Email hello@plugmill.com with your purchase email or Freemius order/receipt number. Refunds are issued by Freemius to your original payment method.
Exceptions
We may decline refunds in cases of abuse (e.g. repeated buy-and-refund) or requests made long after purchase.
