These Terms govern your use of the plugins and website (plugmill.com) offered by PLUGMILL (“we”, “us”).
1. The products
PLUGMILL publishes plugins for Figma (such as QR Studio) that generate QR codes and barcodes. A free tier is available; paid “Pro” features are unlocked with a license key.
2. Payments & Merchant of Record
All purchases are processed by Freemius, our Merchant of Record, who handles the transaction, invoicing and applicable taxes. Your purchase is also subject to Freemius’s buyer terms.
3. License
A Pro purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Pro features. You may not resell, share or redistribute your license key.
4. Acceptable use
You are responsible for the content you encode and for ensuring generated codes are used lawfully.
5. Disclaimer
Products are provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that every generated code will scan on every device or printer; always test before production use. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
6. Changes
We may update the products and these Terms. Continued use means you accept the changes.
